Complaints

We aim to provide you with the best possible service. However, if you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint as promptly as possible. Send a letter for the attention of the management. You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint within five working days. This will explain what we will do to ensure matters are resolved to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

If you believe your complaint has subsequently not been handled satisfactorily, you can send details to the Dutch Ombudsman Insurance (KiFiD).
